In order to control quality we require all employees to follow the factory process in strict accordance:
1. Raw material quality inspection
The quality control department must conduct a sample inspection of each batch of incoming materials to ensure that the good machines are produced using the good materials.
2. Quality inspection during production
In the process of producing the machine,the employee must operate the processing equipment correctly according to the standard operating procedures,and never allow any error happens.
3. Quality inspection of finished products
Before each machine is shipped out of the warehouse,it must be tested in strict accordance with the requirements to ensure that each machine delivered to the customer's hands can be used normally and stably.
