Automatic Push Out Hydraulic Metal Scrap Baler Machine For Sale
The integrated horizontal metal baler is mainly suitable for steel recovering and processing industries, ferrous and non-ferrous smelt industries. It can compress every kinds of metal leftover materials, steel paring, waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified charging such as square, cylinder, octagon body and other sharps. The purpose is reduce the costs of transportation and smelting.
Application of metal baler:
Cans, paint buckets, iron cans, scrap iron, scrap steel, iron sheets, bicycles, color steel tiles, light and thin materials, pig iron, thin iron, lulu cans, red cattle cans, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, Iron scrap, car shell, car rack, metal trim, aluminum alloy and other scrap metal are once pressed and formed.

Features of metal baling equipment:
1. Hydraulic drive for all machine types, manual valve control or PLC control. Bale-discharging:" turn-out", " push-out" "forward-out" or manual discharging.
2.No footing bolts needed in installation: diesel engine can be equipped for power.
3. Baling force 10 grade from 63 to 400 tons, productivity from 4 to 40 tons per shift(8 hours)
4. Press box size, bale size & bale shape can be customized.
